Brian is the Director of Development for Carmen House.  After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance), he and his wife served for 15 years as campus ministers with Cru—in Ljubljana, Slovenia and in Columbus—responsible for directing students in their spiritual formation, ministry training, and leadership development.

Brian also served for five years as the Director of Development for Cru Ohio State and received a Certificate of Theological Education from Cru’s Institute of Biblical Studies.  His experiences as a student, a missionary, and a fundraiser have cultivated passions to help individuals and communities develop an integrated Christian faith as well as to help organizations develop strategic resources to wisely steward for restorative work.

Brian and his family of seven (one wife, four daughters, and one son) enjoy playing games, listening and dancing to music, and reading aloud together.  He is compelled by helping advance the mission of Carmen House to be a hospitable, hopeful presence and a greenhouse of spiritual formation on the doorstep of The Ohio State University for years to come.
